Just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent and fast customer service I received from Shayne Benton at Hoffman Magnetics.

I returned a Mighty Mite 4620kv 60mm EDF motor that had a motor lead come loose. After Shayne confirmed my address I received the motor the next day. Hoffman Magnetics shipped the motor overnight [X(]. I can fly my HP F16 this weekend after being down only 5 days (My shipping to HM was slower, snail mail).

Now that's what I call awesome customer service. Thanks Hoffman Magnetics and Shayne Benton
