Default "Missing Required Fields!" error when uploading an image?


Hiya.After I click "Click here to upload images and files!" and I select a file with the Browse button, I click "OK" and get a "Missing Required Fields!" error. My pics are more than small enough, and the fields seem to fill in with the right fileinfo. Any idea what I might be doing wrong or if there's some kind of glitch happenning?

I'm on a WinXP PC, and I've tried using both IE7 and FireFox, but get the same error no matter what I try. . . .
