Thats exactly it. I called schumacher and talked to one of their techs. The one way clutch has a tiny crack in it which causes it to be too lose so it wont turn the engine. Luckily its only a 20$ part. Unfortunately my no hobby shops in San Diego carry the part so i have order it from their site.
