Combat models jets
Todd,
I didn't know you flew the CBM F-16?? Nice looking one, by the way.....
Todd is right, this model is fun to fly, and it can teach you a lot. It looks great in the sky, and it flies very well on a YS .45. If you substitute that engine for something bigger, you're only going to wish you hadn't.
I had the second production kit of this plane to ever come out of the molds. In fact, the company used to use (and recommend) the ASP .46 until Yours Truly turned them on to the YS .45! I had the pleasure of watching it through the design stage, and got to see most of the test flights. I was also the first customer to have one flying in San Diego, and I ended up building that plane four times over the years. So, I'm kind of partial to it, and I'm very sad that they've had the problems they're having, because if nothing else, their airplanes do fly well.
Listen to Todd, he's 100% on all aspects with this plane. Good luck!
