Hello Joey,

I dont know where you fly your planes but like others I have a few sites. But my ''daily'' flights'' are at the Park a few blocks away. We fly CX2, 400-500-600 heli there and sometimes I bring my T-28 plane. But there was guy with a F16 or something in that family that was flying daily too. That thing was fast but moreover the was LOUD with that induction fan. Whiiiiiiiiiine it would go. Well the Park manager came out of her office one day and told him she had had enough ''pack it up she said and DONT come back''. She had no probelms with the helis as they are quite. Now again I dont know where you fly but even at my big open area 100-150 acres there is condo complex off to one side. I had thought about a F-16 but with that dang whining I know it would cause complaints there too. So I offer..........consider where you can fly a induction fan type plane. They need room and NO ONE around to complaine.

Maybe if he didn't do it every day....he would have been OK, BUT if it's a public rec park and there's nobody other than the manager complaining.....I would most likely address that issue to the park authorities. I admit mine is a little loud, but no more than a .40 or .60 glow model....and I sure don't fly it every day and when I do fly it...total of 30 minuets air time per session. I think maybe she was ragging it AND he abuse it by flying every day...combination. Our public tax dollars is the reason she has a job, you don't BITE the hand that feeds you. I hope he can afford an attorney and takes care of business. Most parks have it clearly posted what you can or cannot do, and there are in some cases, noise restrictions, but they MUST be posted. This kind'a crap irritates me to no end.....damned NAZI's.
