does it reach full power (max rpm) at full stick? Without my notes in front of me (been a long time since I have seen this error), I believe speed low means the fadec senses it is taking too long for the engine to reach full power or the RPM sensor is malfunctioning (meaning it is seeing lower RPM than minimum run reading, I think if it sees none it continues to run at a reduced max PW until the FADEC is powered off). Can you download the data an post the last run where it flamed out? Is this the recently repaired engine or a different one?
