Hello Andy:
Not bothering me on a Sunday is like not bothering me at all. I am here for you as well as any other customer.
Need to know the following. . .
1. PW and temp you receive with the speed low error message
PW was 432 Temp was 472C
2. Please check the connection to the ECU from the ROM sensor. . .make sure if you are using an extension for the RPM sensor, it is OK. Even new have been known to have an issue.
Was using extension. Changed out with new. New one does it. I tried another ECU and it did the same with the new ECU.
3. Speed low is directly related to temp, fuel pressure and RPM all must be within the parameters the processor is set to receive, diagnose and react accordingly.
no smoke on flameout
4. Was there ''smoke or no smoke'' with the flame out
Last, you say you have had too many flame outs. Andy, you have all my numbers. . .I am perplexed as to why I have not heard of this prior to today.
Thats b/c I haven't called. I was trying to diagnose myself. At MS afterburner I had several flamouts. I re-trained the TX and after that I had none.
If in doubt of the cause, you can send me the ECU, pump and turbine. I will bench run and if OK with you, fly as well. Let me know.
Best regards,
Eric
