Rick....I know floods are no joke. I lived in Norfolk VA and went through a close one with a hurricane in the early 80's. The road I took to work had 6ft of water on it, I had to take a different route to work for a few days....most people couldn't make it in (Shore Drive along the Chesepeake Bay). I'm NOT used to seeing that kind of water in the MidWest either.
