Yes, there is a function "ACC" (Acceleration) that can be applied to the slave, but in your situation don't you need the doors move first and then the gear when going down and then have the gear move first then the doors when going up? If that is the case then you could set up two p-mixes with opposite masters and slaves (Door->Gear) (Gear->Door) and have them both assigned to the same switch but have them each tied to a different flight mode so they would operate in the order needed when the proper flight mode is selected. I'd have to play with it a little more but this should do it, and that is without using servo speed. You would still have that option to set the speeds as you like and play with the ACC too.
