Thanks guys for all your helpfull hints. J-MICHAEL. I am going to try your tip first as I have done most of my binding in the garage on the floor. I will try it out in the yard tomorrow and let you know what I find out. I think I will also try rotarydoc's idea of trying a different battery pack. I have a Belt CP at home too so I will just swap packs and see what happens. I loosened up the belt last night but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Thanks again.
