Default RE: DRIFT RACING

why are you so stuck up on any thing I have to say about drifting are you the exception, the rule maker, the standard. I once asked your crew to come down and help us set the record straight and rejected my proposal, why now should I follow what guide lines you follow.
No i dont make the rules nor am i standard however i do follow the standard that the West Coast groovy guys set up as they where on the front lines of bringing RC drifting to the states years ago, if its not broke dont fix it, groovy has set up a standard for RC drift events which alot of people follow, this is what i follow and what my team follows. As it follows what the real 1:1 to cars do.

this is like you guys said SIRCCC not V95, besides what you think, we dont charge for drift meets, we do charge for drift event's to maintain TRACK COST and fuel for gas blower, we dont use transponders, but yes a ACCURATE TIME SCORING SYSTEM THAT GETS RECORDED.

I would like nothing short of extention an invitation to you, to come here for yourself and see what we have been able to do with what we have already learn from you guys, whatever it's worth we appreciated what help you guys have offered in the past.

http://www.roarracing.com/region1.php go to bottom of this page, if it's considered a race will it get past.
No one is attacking what you guys do, you asked a question on an open forum about terminology, most people who responded didn’t agree with calling drift racing and offered up other more traditional names, no one cares what you call but you asked.

Why are you affiliated with ROAR, we don’t race we drift? Is this one of the stipulations the town and your local hobby shop put on you guys in order to be able to hold events at the track.

i have always said that i wanted to see what you guys are about, untill you and your team got upset that we couldnt make it as team to your event and took it as an insult. even with all the posts back and forth between us i have no beef and would still come out. there are no problems between V95 and SIRRC. We only try to inform you of the going standards and terms, which you take as a personal insult due to them not agreeing with your own thoughts
