Another fix is to do it mechanically which is where you should start. With all throws at the stock 100% in the radio move the linkages to outer holes on the servo, if you have to put larger horns on. This way your not over driving the servos. After you do that check to make sure your head doesn't bind when you move the stick. My T-Rex is relatively touchy at 100% Daul Rates.
