Well, I don’t know if it will work. I have done some calculations with the mvvs power prop calculator, found on the website of mvvs.nl, and in theory it should work.
The engine is a 3W 80 Xi with 8,5 HP. If it can run a 26x12 at about 6000 rpm, it should be possible to reduce it to about 3500 rpm with the reduction unit. The pitch on the 4-blade should be at around 18-22, and that is the beauty about the solo prop, it is ajustble.
