I am inquiring if the owner has any photos of the tank's interior.. He did confirm that there is NO room left inside for the battery and that the gears are changed via transmitter control. Also, the tank uses modified Tamiya gearboxes, so it is not using a completely custom gearbox.

I don't think you'll be able to get the stock tank to function like that without doing whatever modifications this person did.

I downloaded the KV manual from Tamiya's site and there is NO mention of any slow speed mode.. Within the manual though, it repeatedly states "Refer to Operation Manual for further information" about various things like the "Gun Elevation Dead Band Trimmer", Recoil/Fire Interval Select Switch", etc. Tomas, is there some sort of separate Operation Manual that comes with the tank kit?? I notice the KV manual (the assembly manual I will refer to it as), does not identify the various parts and trees like some of the older manuals did.
