the 09 comes apart just like the TeeDee 049's and the 15 special.

but before you do that, why do you think the engine needs to be dissasembled?

we ran TeeDee's in Free Flight competition for years with no more than an occasional head change when the element burned out.

the only reason we ever took the 049's apart was to reset the ball socket on the piston/rod assemblies.

never had an issue with the 09's, and we ran the stink out of them by boring the venturi out to get max RPM and used pacifier fuel tanks.

what is the engine doing?
