It's Sucking fuel. It's Burning the Prime.

Do you have a nice Kick Back / Knock when you turn it over with the glow plug lit?

Have you tried... from needle closed to needle dropping out?

I smell a leak... Head shim? Back plate? and as Proptop asked, is the Plastic cracked? Are the tiny holes blocked?

The TD .09, in my experience, is the most user friendly of all the TD's
