I uploaded photos to the original post. I triple checked that I have the following connections correct on the Regal ECU:

Fuel Solenoid > Fuel Port on ECU (Per instructions, plug orientation does not matter)
Gas Solenoid > Gas Port on ECU (Per instructions, plug orientation does not matter)
Thermocouple > Thermocouple Port on ECU (Red to Red, Blue to Blue)
Fuel Pump > Fuel Pump wires on ECU
Starter > Starter wires on ECU
Glow Plug > Glow Plug wires on ECU
Battery > Battery wires on ECU
Throttle > Channel 3 (Reversed) on Futaba Receiver
Receiver Battery > Battery Port on Futaba Receiver

I purchase this from another user on Ebay and have had troubles getting started. Two weeks ago, I had everything setup and the ECU fried. Turned out I had the JR type throttle lead plugged into the futaba receiver with the wrong orientation (polarity reversed). I ordered a new ECU. This new ECU has allowed me to align the transmitter and partially begin the start sequence. I can only:

Test the Glow Plug
Prime the Engine
