OK, now stop for a minute to do some checking, first, is the ECU you bought exactly the same as the one that burned? I see that the ECU you have is not the same as the previous ver sion from JJ, also, thelebeling is different did you get a new wiring harness with this new ECU? if you did get a new harness, did you solder it yourself? was the turbine ever run with the old ECU?
