RE: Help me convince Hobbico to reissue...
I do not buy ARFs. I never will. I want to know my airplane inside and out. It is important to me that I have a real investment in my airplanes, an attachment that would never come with an airplane that someone else built. I believe that the people involved in making these decisions about what to produce don't care what is good for the hobby that we all hold so dear. They care more about the migthy dollar, and how they can get more of them. It is put above all else. That is why RC airplanes are getting bigger and more expensive. The bigger the airplane, the bigger the profits. Do the right thing for a change. Bring back things of real value. Help us teach our kids and grandkids the value of building something with their hands, making it truely their own. Forget about making huge profits for a minute. I would buy kits of the Lanier Stinger, the Goldberg Extra, and the Goldberg Bucker Jungman. The list is as long as you want it to be.
