Without a choke you have a few difficulties for sure. You'll need to find a means to cover (close) the outer carb venturi to draw enough fuel to get the carb and cylinder wet. Leave the throttle plate about 1/8 to 1/4 open, or simply open the idle trim to about 3/4. A few flips with the ignition off while covering the venturi will provide the initial required fuel. Once the carb is wet you can arm the ignition and spin the prop.

Plug gap can be from .018" to .o25".
