I am not sure which fan you are asking about, there are 4 on this heli, 1 mechanical, 3 e-Powered.

All of the fans came with each component. The small fans on the regulators come from JR. They are built into the regulator. I did not measure the power draw. They are brushless and regulate the 7.4v down to 6v for the flight controls so I would guess it is not much. The same for the ESC. It came attached to the ESC. The ESC is a Kontronik Jazz 63V

The motor fan also came with the motor. I am running the motor on 44V.. The motor fan is attached to an extentionon the motor shaft.
