After completely going through all of the probable causes of the speedlow error it turns out that I was getting air in the fuel from the UAT causing a flamout. I noticed a hairline crack on the top of the plastic cap on the UAT that had not been discovered before. Once the turbine was at full throttle the increased pressure sucked air through that crack.

Replaced the UAT, 5 perfect flights later with no problems. Jet Central was willing to send me a RPM Sensor, but their engineering came back and asked me to recheck the fuel system one more time before sending it because their experience on the problem I was having was fuel related. Turns out they were right.
