I have a Byron Bullet they look a lot like the A-4, same wings I think, I did mine with a electric conversion .Fast and fun not much to do but fly no work just add batteries.There is a video of it flying on u-tube .I have about $1000.00 in it so it's in your price range if you can get a deal on a kit.
