My preferance for that airplane would be an HS 425BB my all time favorite in a so called standard on the rudder and elevator. A HS-81 or HS-85 on throttle and finally two HS-225BB's on ailerons.

The 225's are my favorites for a lot of airplanes and I have used a hugh number of them.

Here is my latest completion and flying a lot now since its so simple and delightful, A rebuilt wreaked Bridi Sun Fly 111 with the same engine you are using and it is servoed up exactly like I described.
