Default RE: Biplanes To be or not to be?

Jason ... I am not a full fledged pattern flyer but am learning it so I understand how to properly set up a plane and at least fly straight. I used to fly the Sebart Angel S 50 and I replaced her with the Sebart Ms Wind 50. Both are in the same class. If we leave the issue of design etc etc out, I can only say that the bipe is much more to my liking. Maybe its this particular one but what I noted are as follows:

i. the bipe has more drag and you need to push her, I like this, easier to push that to try and hold back
ii. the Angel wants to get away from you if you do not manage the throttle properly
iii. the bipe gives slower downlines
iv. the bipe seems to be more stable without much weight penalty
v. the rolls on the bipe seem more in control, she will not have a tendency to over roll
vi. bipe presents its self better in the air
vii. bipe may not snap as hard as the Angel, maybe its just an illusion
viii. Ms Wind can come in for a landing at about 15 mph

I need more flights before I can say how much better the Ms Wind is than the Angel S.
