I agree with Chad. After looking at the Red Bee site I think that the $50 transmitter that we are using is a better deal. It uses a calculator battery and is waterproof...a necessity given that we fly next to a wetlands and swamp. This unit will transmit for 30 days...the Red Bee suggests something just over 48 hours for battery life. We have them in all of the jets and IMAC planes here. The Red Bee probably has its uses tho.
