If viewing the tail blades from the side, they were spinning counter clockwise which I guess for my set-up is wrong. I flipped the belt, had it going clockwise, toward the heli, and I flipped the blades around and now she soild again. I think it's about time I write this stuff down because Im just tired of going through this. I can never remember hahaha But thank you guys for the support.
