that's the advantage of the poulan 32 over the ryobi 31, the poulan has an aluminum con rod and a forged crank counterweight (where most Ryobi's have stacked plate conrods and crank counterweights), it will be safe to run at higher RPM's where the Ryobi can self destruct at over 8000rpm...
