Exact same scenario here: I changed two of the wires (again) to no avail. I then changed the third wire with one of the two other wires and bingo, it started working fine. It seems only certain combination(s) work.

What doesn't make sense to me is why it worked for a while the first time before it started stuttering (or is it twitching?) again. Either way, for now it seems to be working.
