Where is the "bad" business" at ??? # 1 You ordered a product from a business. OK #2 the business notified you that they were out of stock, #3 they listed the order number (so there would be no confussion), #4 the kit model number, (again no confusion) OK. #5 length of time they estimate it to be out of stock. #6They gave you total choice on which way you wanted to solve the problem, (that seems to be fair.) #7 It looks like a tracking # was issued, so apparently they didn't know it was out of stock until the paperwork was generated. Where is the bad business practice. If you don't like the whole deal, just let them know you want a refund. Case solved.
