In the U.S. aileron and elevator on the right stick, throttle and rudder on the left stick.

The vast majority of U.S. glider modelers flying Elevator/Rudder models rig their R/C systems so the rudder is on the right stick, where the ailerons usually are. Glider guys also tend to place flaps or such on the left stick where the throttle is.
