Just got the plane back via UPS and sorry about the damage. I'll send another one out and will put special care on the package.

To Nitroplanes Staff, received my recent order severely damaged. yhst-17210252890263-91735 This was the 140 Extra 300 73'' model. I contacted Customer Service, they filed a claim with UPS, UPS has picked up the package last Friday. Any idea how long this process will take?
