I'm 13. I started flying about 3 years ago and I've been hooked ever since I'am very fascinated w/ aviation and hope to have a career in aviation one day. I have also flown a (full scale) Cessna 172 on an introductory flight w/ my Uncle who is a CFI down in Ottumwa, IA. I do have a tie to full scale planes through my dads side of the family and as well as my name. My dad used to be a Flight Mechanic and when he was in school, at around the time I was being born he was working on a Allison v12 engine (used in WWII planes - P-40 Warhawk, P-38 Lightning, early P-51's, etc.) so he named me Allison. This thread could turn out to be very intresting [8D]
