Garthwood:

Most of the Pica kits are old designs, when they were done few people would consider the great added expense of two aileron servos.

New designs almost all use double servos on the ailerons, the exceptions are mostly trainers and planes that are built as lightly as possible.

If Pica updates their planes I'm sure one of the first changes will be dual aileron servos.
