No, your starter is turning the right way, that's why you are using a reverse rotation prop
If you were to inadvertently mount any prop backwards, it will still move air in the same direction, but if mounted backwards it will be very inefficient and probably affect the loading on the motor, that's why I mentioned it. This aspect of a pusher configuration causes a lot of confusion.
