The only Gyro I know is for two independent servos connected each one to one different channel in the receiver is the ACT Fuzzy.

Others like GY401 connects both servos in Y.

In my set up (Futaba 12FGA 2.4 Ghz), each aileron is connected to a different channel as each elevators too.

That way, I can adjust subtrim and end point independently for each servo.
