John, I just received the replacement 300S model today! It came through in good shape, I've inspected all contents and looks like everything is OK. I feel lucky to get this plane, I've drooled over it online since January.
Thanks so much for your help and response to this order. I know things like this can and do happen. But you've shown me GOOD service here. I'll be back!
