Do not leave the brass bushing out that will allow over compression of the grommet and prevent vibration isolation. Also always make sure the flange on the grommet is not under the screw head but the other side.

I too any more only use the #2 box heads from Microfasteners any more and yes the JR's are number 3's but would be pointless for you to chase them down.

like the fellows have said just stick a round toothpick in each hole as far as it will go. But epoxy is not needed I just drip a drop of thin CA on each one then cut off and drill much easier than trying to drill through the epoxie accurately in such a small hole. Piece-O-cake
