BANANA HOBBY
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">I have the worst experience with them. I bought and Euro 2000 RC. About 12:00 AM, thru the Internet. I received a confirmation notice thru the internet and they told me that the plane will be in my house in tree days, just before 4 of July. The July 5<sup>th</sup> when, the 6<sup>th</sup> the 10<sup>th</sup> days later the air plane did not arrive. So I try to call Banana Hobby and the line was always busy. Finally I decided to chat thru the internet and a person name Sara told me the problem was that the Euro 2000 was sold out, so I told the person, Why nobody have the decency to call me an let me know, so I have to wait a tons of days before I can find out what really happened with the plane. They told me that the next time that the euro 2000 will be a available was something like October 29<sup>th</sup>. I told them that I do not want to wait for that long, why they say on the internet, that the have the plane, when in the reality they ran out them.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">So I told then that I do not want to wait for that long, I would like to have a different plane. So they told me that they have the F-18 C from Art-Tech available. So if I want that plane instead. So I did have no choice or I take that one or I wait for the whole month. So I told the Annie that I would like to do the change. So they send me the plane.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">The follow Saturday I was Assembly the plane and when I finished I plugged the battery and the brushless motor started to smoke big time. I unplugged the battery. When I plug the battery back on, the motor was dragging badly.I try to call the 1800 number, no result, I try to used the chat net and they put me on hold. Finally I spoke with someone name Annie I explain to her what happen. She told me that she was sorry what happen and she will leave a message to the (clown technician) and he will call me back. Is been since October and those clown , I was getting very desperate, I send and email to Pet, never get a response, I send a fax to the technical support, not luck. I went in to the Internet and I told the person that I want to get the name of the owner of the supervisor she put me in stand by and I never here from them.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Now I have the nice and good looking plane on the ground that does not fly and does people from Banana Hobby with my money laughing all the way to the bank.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">What a shame from Banana Hobby, the total cost was almost $200.00 dollar, but is not the money what it make me angry is the fact that they do the same thing to a lot of people that we work hard to have a hobby that it is expensive but we love so much.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BANANA HOBBY, BECAUSE WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM IS A TRIP WITH OUT NOT RETURN. SHAME OF BANANA HOBBY, SHAME OF PET AND SHAME THE OWNER THAT BUILT A FORTUNATE ON EXPENSE OF HONEST PEOPLE. </div>
