Thanks for the engine advice and the CG tips....The O.S.15 LA or a T.T.15 would probably get the nod in the end simply from the convenience factor of an easy starting modern engine. I have an O.S. 20FP that runs like a watch but that might be too much weight.
Due to my wife being very ill for most of this year, the time for a build thread just won't be there for while, but it would be fun to do.
