the way the B4 manual does it is basically you add 9 to the # of turns you are running, for example:

TURNS--------PINION
14------------23
13------------22
12------------21
11------------20
10------------19

and the stock spur gear that comes with the kit is a 81.

i am getting the trinity speed gems 2 14T double ONYX for a motor.
