Since the fuse construction is exactly like the 50cc Giles with the two wing tube locations (scale and on the thrust line) I know I would cheat and use the upper location. Make this plane a mid-wing design and it would be a real monster and likely have even less coupling.

For what it is worth, the Giles with a mid-wing could be a 50cc pattern plane, based on the force layout, wing planform, and control surface configuration.

Just speculating, but it sounds interesting.
