Then yes, carefully pull the sensor out of the housing, it comes out fairly easy. Clean the glue out of the housing with an Exacto knife and small file. Install the Rcxel sensor into the housing with the side with the small round dot towards the magnet as the engine rotates in the normal direction. Allow the end of the sensor to protrude out of the housing enough to achieve a gap of 1/16" between the sensor and magnet. When you are happy with the fit and position of the sensor put a drop of CA glue on it to retain it in the housing. You also may want to put a flat washer on each screw between the black plastic shim and the crankcase to make the sensor line up more centered over the magnet.
