I just bought a Parkzone Corsair, and currently own a DX6i. I purchased the AR500 to put in the corsair (P n P). After buying the AR500, I read some things about this particular Rx and found out there has been numerous problems with the thing locking out, and going unresponsive mid-flight which leads to a destructive crash. My buddy just bought the same reciever, and his will not even bind, I watched him do it numerous times, correctly with no luck. He bought another AR500 and the sam thing happened. Anyone know if this reciever is shady?? I dont want to wreck my plane, since I totally custom painted it and spent way too much time/money on making it look the way it does. Also...Another quick question...the plane came with the brushless motor and e-flite 30 amp ESC. A small waiver in the package says "for your convenience, the voltage cutoff for the 30 amp Pro SB ESC has been preset to the battery included in the package. No programming change necessary, normal default setting for this ESC is 74% cutoff." The battery they are referring to is the 11.1 volt 1800 mah 3 cell lipo. I am not running that battery, instead a 3 cell 11.1 volt 2200 mah. Will that be a problem with whatever they are talking about...74% cutoff??
