From owning both trucks I can say the 4wd Slayer does jump better than my Slash. Also the way the suspension is setup on the Slayer is IMO far superior to the suspension design of the Slash. The Slayer soaks up the bumps and landings better. Another thing I've learned about the Slayer's handling is they are worthless without sway bars.

But I can say the Slayer is one heavy ***** truck and needs a 1/8 scale brushless setup to move all that weight. I left my Slayer nitro because that's the way the truck was meant to be but each to their own.

I can say though that my Brushless Slash is every bit as fast as the Nitro Powered Slayer.
