Orange ... I have no experience on the other planes. The HC planes such as the Souka fly nice, they flex a bit but is easy to 3D and prop hang. After some bashing they tend to be all warpy. Still its value for money. They do want a light set up, such as 3S 800 mAh packs.

But since you have 1,800 mAh packs why not go with the Multiplex Park Master, she flies nice. Look for a 25A ESC (DualSky and Turnigy ones are good enough but if you want beanded then why not, you got Castle Creation etc etc) and an outrunner such as the DualSky 2830-10 (1180KV) or its equivalent and turn a 10x4.7E. The set up will pull no more than 25A for sure. Gobs of power for prop hanging on the Park Master. It is a nice plane to fly, not to forget durable too.
