If you are comfortable soldering DigiKey.com is likely to have an exact match.

Broken switches are trivially easy to replace if you are used to doing electrical work.

It took me all of 20 minutes to replace two DPDT switches on my JR 10 channel radio last week.

Solder the replacements to the wiring BEFORE re-installing them back in the case.

If your radio is still in warranty however, avoid doing so.

I'm sure it is still in warrant, but I can't find my sales receipt. Just like a guy, huh!!!! My wife as sales receipt from years ago and when I walk out of the store mine is gone.
