I did not initially notice that you have been flying for a relatively short period of time. Don't give up as it gets better but it would be good if you can have someone check out your planes before you take them up. I used to do this before I became accustomed to what to expect. I had an issue last year with a battery going dead in my Caos but a dead battery in a plane usually results in the thing just continuing on a line with whatever it was doing so a suggestion of dead battery does not float with me. As for batteries, if you are using the nicad ones that come with the radio I would suggest to anyone to dump them in favor of NiMh as the NiMh batteries last on average of 3 Xs longer than Nicad but don't get so comfortable with this that you forget to charge the things when you are done.
