ORIGINAL: BIG4D

I have the same plane and love mine. The color of the wires to the motor mean nothing. There is no set combination. You can plug them in in any order, any color to any color, doen't matter. If it runs backwards, just witch two of the wires and it will run forward. The instructions will also tell you this. Did the same thing to mine after sestroying the gear drive. Bent the shaft, stripped the teeth on the plastic gear. If you are using the stock radio that came with it, get rid of it! Go buy the DX6i radio and a AR6100 or AR6200 reciever. You will be glad you did!
You WILL move to glow, I promise you (you are already showing signs), you are now hooked and will want more and better planes. The DX6i radio is a 2.4 Ghz radio with the ''stubby'' antanna and won't easilly be broken or left down. You can fly up to 10 differen airplanes with this one transmitter.
I now fly 3 planes with mine, my old THawk, My Typhoon 2 3D and now my Eagle 63 .46 size trainer. Rock solid and fool proof!
Thanks, moved to glow a long time ago, I have a Tucano with the fox 45 BB , a Super Decathlon with an OS 55AX and my trusty ole hangar nine easy 2 trainer with a EVO 46 NT. I'm totally hooked on the hobby from all ends. THe typhoon is fun and I can fly it anywhere.
