Correct... It does not have a LVC BUT... associated sells a stand alone [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXPGM8&P=ML]LVC[/link] I was going to buy and add in between the esc and lipo that should take care of any over discharging. Any other reason why I cant run a 2s as long as I stay under the voltage the esc can handle??
There is absolutely no reason why you can't use a lipo with the AI series. I do it all the time and don't use a LVC. I time my runs, like I do with my helis. A LVC is recommended though just in case.
